Bug Report Black screen when using monitor capture

I see a black screen when I use monitor capture with obs and obs mulitplatform! I have included a screen shot and 3 log files!

Firstly: 1080p at 1500 bitrate is generally a bad idea, and I wouldn't do it. You definitely want to consider lowering your resolution with the downscale to 1280x720, or even a little smaller.

Secondly, What're you trying to capture on your monitor to show "Xbox games" ? I get the feeling you may be mistaking a setting. Are you using a capture card?

Thanks for the info about fixing my bitrate I did fix the problem by restarting my computer! Thanks for the info!
