Question / Help Black Screen when using Game Capture

So, every time I try to use OBS with game capture- specifically CS:GO the preview shows a black screen and when I try to click on CSGO I can hear whats going on but my monitor freezes and doesnt show what is happening. I have tried enabling the anti cheat thing too. Monitor capture works fine but game for some reason doesnt.
