If you are trying a display capture, you need OBS to run on your Intel GPU. Right now it's running on Nvidia:

15:28:03.634: Adapter 0: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
15:28:03.634: Dedicated VRAM: 3141533696
15:28:03.634: Shared VRAM: 4211697664
15:28:03.634: output 0: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}, attached=true
15:28:03.634: Adapter 1: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
15:28:03.634: Dedicated VRAM: 134217728
15:28:03.634: Shared VRAM: 4211697664
15:28:03.640: Loading up D3D11 on adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (0)
15:28:04.046: D3D11 loaded successfully, feature level used: b000
15:28:04.046: D3D11 GPU priority setup failed (not admin?)

If you are running Windows prior to 1909, change this in the Nvidia control panel:

Laptop? Black screen when capturing? Read here first.

If you have the 1909 Update, do this in Windows display settings:

Game capture is for capturing games. For that, run OBS on the same GPU as the game is running on (usually the Nvidia card).

You can't. These modes are mutually exclusive on a laptop with both discrete and integrated GPUs that connect to a single video output port (laptops).

Yes. You either use a HDMI capture device from one of many vendors (Elgato, Magewell, BlackMagic, AJA, others) and connect that to your console with an HDMI cable (also a splitter if you want to keep watching on your TV) or with whatever Windows-based streaming solution Sony supports, and then capture that application (does not require capture card).
