Question / Help Black Screen when trying to get Monitor Capture

So, I have been using OBS for a long time. I can't figure out how to get a Monitor Capture on my new laptop. Can anyone help me?

You need to set obs to run on the intel integrated graphics in the nvidia control panel and in obs' settings.
Keeping in mind that this breaks game capture.
