Bug Report Black screen when streaming certain game

I've been trying to stream Tera Online for about a month and I keep getting the same (bad) results.

The first result is trying to use the game capture feature to stream. This leads to me just getting a black screen on the stream (I think audio still works). Other games work fine for me (Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, etc.).

This has been going on for a month, so the update(s) was not the cause of this. I also run in Full Screen mode.

Ignore the frames dropped portion, I just quickly recorded the servlist/game menu which lags a lot ever since I set up AA with Tera.

It's possible Tera uses some sort of anti-cheat/hack process that interferes with Game Capture's ability to hook into the game. If possible, run the game in borderless windowed mode and use Window Capture with Aero enabled.

could you try capturing tera again with game capture, then give me the contents of the file: %appdata%\obs\pluginData\captureHookLog.txt ? For some reason it's not making the connection, and I'd like to see what's going on with the hook

You appear to have a graphics mod loaded for the game (or the game is using it's own proxy D3D9.dll). If you're using a graphics mod for tera, uninstall it, otherwise game capture currently won't be able to function properly with it. I might be able to fix this issue in the future, but poorly made mods tend to do this, it's somewhat irritating. I really wish they'd export -all- the functions rather than just the single function.

Yup, that was the problem. I forgot I installed a SMAA Injector. Seems to work fine now, or at least it shows up in the preview now so I'm going to assume all is well. Thanks for the help.
