Bug Report Black Screen when steaming on Twitch

Hi I recently tried to start streaming again after a long break. Before I had no problems using OBS to stream to twitch but now when I try to go live It shows up as a black screen. The preview shows everything correct and I have my sources set up correctly. I also am in administrator mode. Any ideas? Thanks.

Remove your custom x264 settings...crf=0 is bad for streaming, as is setting your VBV Max/Buffer to 0. Just use normal VBR or CBR settings unless you know exactly what you're doing.

Also you're using an old version of OBS, please update to the latest version.
