Question / Help Black Screen When previewing or live streaming.

I use an AverMedia Live Gamer Portable. I have not had a problem with streaming until just recently. Quality has been fine, all my settings were fine for it. However, recently, when i've tried to stream, I've been getting just a black stream when the game capture is being projected. All of my settings stayed the same, I did not change them, but for some reason I just can't seem to get the game capture to project. Does anyone have any ideas? I've included a picture of what it looks like, and the game capture scene settings. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
