Question / Help Black screen when i try to game capture

First I'm going to start with general information.

When I try to capture a game window, I get a black screen like this;

Could anyone please help me with this problem, THANKS! :D

Select the top item in the "video adapter" list (regardless of what it says) in OBS' video settings

Is your 750M the first adapter listed in the video adapter list?

Also, which game are you trying to capture? For OBS game cap to work, it needs to be a DX9 or later game.

If you're using an nvidia laptop, the latest test version (0.60 test 9) allows you to select the video adapter in OBS, and it will properly switch it.
