Question / Help Black screen when game runs in borderless window

I'm unable to stream my game (FFXIV) after the recent Win8.1 update - all I get is a black screen when streaming/previewing.

Zip up and email me D3D9.dll from both C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWow64
