Question / Help Black screen when capturing Microsoft Whiteboard

Hi all

I am trying to capture a Microsoft Whiteboard window, but only get a black screen (Dell Latitude 7490 with a single GPU). OBS is configured as classic app in Windows. I tried using both Game capture and standard Window capture mode, but this didn't solve the problem.

Any recommendations?
