Question / Help Black screen when capturing any chromium-based browsers

When i try to capture chromium-based browser Puffin, Opera, Chrome, etc..., all i see is black screen. Disable HW-acceleraion solves the problem but disable HW will force it to run only on CPU and it will lagging. I want HW-enabled for smooth gaming. Screen recording works but i prefer window recording.
Word 2016 have same problem too but white screen.

Have the same Issue! I just can't turn off HW-Acceleration. Game will be so Laggy if I still do it!

We need a Fix for that!
