Black screen when broadcasting on CHATERxxx

people watching my video stream tell me all they see is black. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I'm looking for how to upload my last log file

I saw the post about black screns above. Is this something new? I never had this problem before.
My laptop is a HP Pavilion I had since 2016. core I5 8th gen. win 11. max memory and SSD.

Where do I find "compatability mode"
