Bug Report Black Screen w/ HD PVR and Window Capture Sub Region

I'm trying to capture my PS3 with my HD PVR 1. I know video source doesn't work currently with the HD PVR, but window capture did in the past on this computer. I downloaded the latest OBS build (had to reformat my laptop due to constant dropped internet connection) and when I try to use OBS's window capture mode, it just gives me a black screen when selecting the sub region. It will capture if I just use regular window capture, however it's very ugly and I know sub regions used to work before. Here is my log if it helps:

The application most likely renders the video as an overlay surface, which means that you will have to turn off Aero in order to window capture it.

Ah, in that case, monitor capture should work. Or at least a friend of mine has used that successfully before.
