Black Screen Video Capture

Hello, I have a problem with my Capture Card. In OBS don't work, even he doesn't show up in the properties. He work in StreamLabs, and was working in OBS yesterday, but today he don't work. Can anyone help me? I put screenshots and text to help.

Are you using this video source (normally used for webcams) into another program?

OMG I have make it work. I had bloqued the use of the webcam in OBS and the capture didn't work there. Thanks for the idea!
