Black screen vertical on launch

Ok, newbie here. My black screen is vertical on launch and I cannot find a way to rotate it into a horizonal position.

All the help videos I watch and screen shots of others show the field horizontal, but mine is vertical. I active my cameras and screens to show you what happens.

I figured it out. I had to resize the output. Now on to the next issue. Thanks FerretBomb for taking time to ask. Its appreciated.
