Black Screen using display capture.

Before updating windows to 24H2, I never had any kind of black screen issues while recording minecraft. I thought it would be a good idea to update so I did. Please skip all of the standard is your monitor turned on stuff because I checked all of that already. I spent the last 12 hours trying to fix this issue. I think the issue might stem from an updated graphics driver bundled with windows but i would like to avoid DDU unless all of you suggest I do that. Extra Notes: I can record anything just fine as long as it isn't fullscreen. As soon as i pop minecraft into fullscreen display capture goes black. Same issue with discord screensharing so im starting to lose my mind. obs 31.0.0.0

Is your problem solved? I also got stuck when I went back to Minecraft when obs was running, and then restored the black screen, but the obs recording was directly stuck in the frame before the black screen, only recording Minecraft through game capture can solve this problem, but this does not fundamentally solve the problem
Windows :26200.5742
obs:32.0.1 (64bit)
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics

I'm having the exact same problem. It's been hours but no fix I found online actually works. Minecraft full screen either appears black (with display capture and the DXGI option) or frozen on one frame (using Windows 10 1903 and up). I updated everything I could, reinstalled OBS, changed a bunch of settings in the Nvidia panel and in OBS itself. Only the game capture works, but I'd rather record with the display capture
