Question / Help Black Screen One Graphics Card

Hey guys,

I'm having the black screen issue and I've looked at all of the fixes with the main fix being an issue with having the wrong one selected in the settings. The problem for me is that I only have one. I have a avermedia portable and a decent laptop. I know the setup works because I set it up for someone else.

Can anyone help me or possibly point me in the right direction?

Your only source seems to be the LiveGamerPortable. Have you tried other sources yet?
Also does the LGP work in the Avermedia software and shows a picture there?
Last but not least, are you going to use the LGP to capture your desktop or a console?

After tons and tons of digging, I found that it had nothing to do with my capture card or obs. On Xbox One, if you stream Netflix, Hulu, or any other streaming service you'll have to reset your console or it will not allow you to stream to twitch using any kind of streaming software. I even tried the software that came with the card. So, you'll have to hold down the power button until the console powers off. It will reset the memory (I'm guessing) and start fresh. After that you'll be all set, but you'll have to do this each and every time you use one of these services. Well with this card at least. I'm not sure about others.
