Question / Help Black Screen on Windows PC

I Got OBS a few days ago but i cant even record games whenever i try to game capture it just has a black screen some games like(Minecraft) it works but some stuff like (Borderlands 2, Garry's Mod) it doesn't work with I have looked up and tried every thing some people say to run with administrator(that didnt help) and some people say open nvidia( I didnt see anything in my files that said nvidia)

AMD Radeon HD 8330

RAM
6.0 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

i think that was the one from just a min ago

That log is showing OBS capturing borderlands properly, but you may need to run obs as admin to capture minecraft.

it didnt run borderlands right it showed a black screen when it should have been showning the game

The game is minimized, therefore it's not rendering and OBS won't show it capturing.
