Question / Help Black screen on windows 10

Hi, i'm new with this program. but i search on youtube settings for OBS. The problem is: when i click start preview stream show me a black screen. I put my reslution desktop. I use a lenovo laptop with 1366 x 769 resolution. I dont know how configure it.
If u can help me record live on twitch or just record for me put on youtube will be great !

I have i3 2.00 (CPU) , 4GB ram ddr3, 2GB nVidia, 1TB hard disk. Help me pls !!

I dont know how fix it. U can't do this for me ? I mean with team viewer or u can do pictures with the settings please ?
I dont understand how to do it. I'm not good on this pc capitol
