Question / Help Black Screen On War Thunder

So I started using OBS, and the main reason was that I wanted to record War Thunder. Unfortunately, I could not get it to work, and all I have is a black screen when I press record/preview. I can hear the volume, just no video. I looked around for a bit, but I couldn't find the answer. I have OBS running as admin, but it's still not working.

you mean right clicking game capture/properties/anticheat compatiblity hooking? Tried it, no use.

FOUND THE FIX!:
Run the game on full window instead of fullscreen.

Im having the same problem. I got some issues with my planes and wanted to record a replay so I could take it and show war thunder tech support guys on their forums but every time it comes out black screen. I got sound but no video. And yes I tried what Tactilal Frolicking did. I even tried every resolution, every window/screen option they have and still comes out with no video.

I had this same problem with a different program on my win 8.1 and that solution worked, but im on win 10 now and using your program and that solution doesn't work now. So I dont know if its a windows 10 issue or if i have to uninstall your program and go get the one my win 8 has.

Your program looked nice and I thought I would try it out, but if I cant record video on it then whats the point of having it?

Im using Windows 8.1 and i tried each window option and my results were only audio. War Thunder is the only game that turns out black. World Of Tanks blitz used to record fullscreen perfectly, no part of the screen cut, now its cut & I have to use windowed mode. Other seem fine. World Of Tanks PC replays get screen cut as well, but when Im playing live, the recording is fine.
