hi i just need a little help this happened out of the blue i turned on my xbox and computer went to try and live stream and all i got was a black screen on both my obs and monitor i switched out the hdmi wires and elgato wires same problem i also uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing i went to my elgato program and it worked perfect! i thought at first it was my elgato but it works on the elgato programs but not obs so i went thru all videos and all of google i cant find out anything that will help im having trouble with my obs i have the 32bit version also and i have both xbox consoles and i tried both thinking it was a problem with a system but its not also i hear the audio but everything else is just black the pictures show all my setting including the black screen please help!!

i just figured out the problem no thanks to anyone else here anyway if any of you guys are having the black screen issue while using an elgato with the 1.4 update i believe uninstall the elgato program and see if that works i just uninstalled it went on obs and it worked and i just installed the elgato program again and it works fine now so that was the problem for that if anyone else is having the same issue as i did just do what i just wrote you should be good to go
