We have had version 24 installed and there the screen was displayed black. Then we installed the latest 26 version, unfortunately without success. Enclosed the picture. It is installed 20H2, but on other devices with 20H2 the picture works without problems. I have reinstalled the graphics drivers, but unfortunately without success

Please attach a logfile of a test recording at least 30 seconds in length, and we'll be able to take a look. There are a number of potential causes for this, but we need the logfile to be able to diagnose.
