Question / Help Black screen on twitch

Hello, I am having an issue with streaming to twitch. On my obs side of things my audio and video all appears to be working fine with no issue. But my viewers are not seeing any video or getting any audio from my stream but twitch shows that I am live and the chat is up and all as if it was a normal stream. This issue began this past Monday and I thought I was having an issue with my elgato capture card since it had been acting up and not working properly. As of yesterday I have replaced my capture card to a razer ripsaw hd. I have also logged out of twitch from OBS and logged back in trying to refresh my stream key. All of this has made no difference and I would appreciate any help that you could provide. Above is my latest log for reference.

ok well i honestly dont know what to do about that because i literally was running for about 5-10 minutes talking to my chat via the chat so is there something i can look into or do i need to try another stream have it fail and then try to copy that log. unfortunately there is no stream in the logfile does not help me

this should be the log of the time in question i went back and found the exact log from the date and time
