Question / Help Black screen on stream.

I'm using OBS trying to stream a PS3 through Avermedia MediaCenter 3D... using window capture since it seem to be the only one which actually displays the program.

I know for a fact that OBS can work with this, since I had it working before I formatted my PC.

Any possible ideas?
 
Why are you window capturing the capture software instead of capturing the actual device?
 
Because capturing the actual device won't work.

I suppose because it has the same problem. It's a blank screen.

I'll switch to that once I get this fixed.
 
Make sure you aren't running the avermedia software, only one program can open the device at once.
 
That worked for a split second before it came up with a HDCP.

I've had it working the way I was doing it before, I just can't seem to figure out why it's not working now...
