Black screen on monitor

I am trying to get my streams available on a PlayStation five so I can show my friends clips and or stream. I’ve got my capture card working. I will see it on my computer but for some reason, it will not show up on the other monitor if I wanted to play games, I cannot look at it. And when I tried to play it through OBS, there’s a delay.
 
I am using two monitors the middle one is my computer with OBS open I can see the game on my other monitor that has my PlayStation five connected. There is nothing but black.
