Hi all,

I've been trying to set up my stream in the last couple of days and I was fortune to find out people who watch my stream using a PC are experiencing a very positive watching quality.
The problem is with people who watch using a mobile device, they see black... literally.. No sound as well,

Any Idea what is the cause of this problem?

Thanks in advance.

You're probably needing to downscale. I'm not sure if the H264 levels required for 1440p are supported by the mobile devices.

This helped, thank you Harold.

I was wondering if someone can help me understand why my game stutters a little bit while I stream(Which doesn't happen when I'm not streaming).
You can see at the log file I linked above that I currently own:
CPU: i7 6700k
GPU: GTX 1080
RAM: 16 GB
I should also probably mention that my upload rate is ranging between 20 and 30 MB.

Also, the stream quality is not as good as the gameplay itself, the game runs at 60 fps and above while the stream barely gets to 45.

Does this have something to do with my CPU having only 4 cores?

Thanks

Streaming at 1440p is EXTREMELY intensive, beyond what most consumer-grade processors are usually capable of. You usually need to go up a tier from that, enthusiast grade, in order to do that.

Stream at a lower resolution.

Additionally, unless you have partnership, 3500 bitrate is WAY too high for most of your potential viewers.

Your target should be:
scaled output resolution: 1280x720
Framerate: 30
Bitrate: 2000
x264 preset: the one closest to medium in the list that you can handle while not affecting your gameplay.
