Question / Help Black Screen on game capture

So i just upgraded my internet and started streaming and at first all was going well then i switched to rainbowsix and OBS crashed and now my game capture source is just a black screen no matter what i do its a black screen ive reinstalled restarted PC deleted the scene and made a new one and nothing is working please help im getting super pissed and do not know what to do

PC Specs
CPU- i7 4790K
GPU- GTX 960 OC
Ram- 16 Gb ripjaws ddr3

So i did some things in my nvidia control center and i can see the game in the preview when i double click the source and select the window but when i start the stream its still black
