Black screen on "Game Capture" option Desktop PC

Hello everyone

This problem only occurs in the "Game Capture" option.

I have already tried more than 10 solutions, but none works.
I clarify, that it worked for me before, but OBS was updated and now it has that bug.
I have a desktop computer. Update Nvidia Drivers (RTX 2080)
Add OBS option in Nvidia 3D settings.
Moved display settings in Windows, adding OBS and prioritizing high performance
I set it to compatibility, ran as administrator.
Lots of options and nothing works, just black screen on "Game Capture" option.
In screen Capture it works without problems.

I'm getting EXACTLY the same issue, Streamed fine on Friday, but as I went to set up for my Sunday stream, OBS just would not pick up ANY game at all.
I was getting audio just fine, but zero output on visuals.
I also tried EVERYTHING I could find on the internet to fix the issue.
It seems that the game capture box just does not appear, no matter how much I play with the position or size, there is no outline appering in my OBS

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
