Okay guys. I've been looking around the web for hours now, flitting through my settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, downgrading versions, upgrading versions, you name it. I'm at a wall here and I'm really hoping you guys can help!
I'm using OBS Studio 19.0.2 as I hear 19.0.3 is still having major issues.
Anyway, whenever I try to use game capture I am only treated with a black screen, this is true both in windowed, fullscreen, run as admin, super triple scoop chocolatey with sprinkles deluxe mode, etc.
Nothing seems to be doing the trick, so I thought I'd switch to a different game, try it on something simple like Minecraft and game capture still seems to come up black.
Using Window Capture seems to place a random White or Black Block right in the middle of the capture, so that's a no go as well.
Finally I was resigned to using Display Capture, highly unorthodox, but it works sometimes, right?
Well, that's where I might be wrong because as luck would have it, if I even have OBS open for too long will using display capture, the program crashes!
I'm just at a dead end here and any help would be appreciated.
