Question / Help Black Screen of Doom

I've watched videos, I've read the topic, and I'm still getting the black screen when trying to record.

I updated my driver, I went into my control panel and switched my Nvidia to Global, I've done everything.

Here are my specs:

I was trying to record my 3DS capture windows (as someone lead me to believe I could record both screens at once, but separately if that makes sense) but I also tried just recording my monitor and recording other games and nothing is changing anything.

I've been trying to figure out how to make the plugins work/get them in but haven't been able to (though I wasn't able to do much for a few days due to migraines, which is why I'm so late to reply).

I'm worried that won't work though because I get the same problem with window capture.
