Question / Help Black Screen, no capture on desktop

I can't figure out how to record anything: windows, games, desktop.
I'm on a desktop and just want to record.

I uploaded the log file.

UPDATE:

I had to add a scene, and then add sources by right clicking under sources. I do not know how to delete, and will leave this up for others.
