I have followed the recommendations to make sure the game and OBS are both pulling from the GPU (per OBS Discord), I have uninstalled OBS.live, uninstalled OBS and reinstalled OBS, have checked for software conflicts, added OBS to firewall whitelist, and am still having the issue.
