Question / Help Black screen laptop display capture

Hi,
I know that there has been several topics on this issue, but I have not been able to sort out the problem by the ways suggested.
I am helping my son, and he has an laptop. Windows 10.
We got the streaming function to work, but we are currently struggeling with the screen capture.
I have tried the fix of changing graphic settings but without any luck.
Anny suggestions to what we can try and do to get it fixed?

I allready tried to use the fix that is explained on this thread.
Our window version is Windows 10, ver. 1903.
I set the option to 'powersaving' for capture screen, but we still have black screen.
The laptop has an NVIDIA Geforce GTX, and I tried to search for the setting menue as described, but in the other fix, but I cannot find it.
Any other suggestions of what we are doing wrong?
