Question / Help Black screen laptop, cant change device in OBS

I'm using laptop to stream. Playing football manager and cant see my stream, my screen is black.
I read this:

Use the nvidia/AMD control panel in windows, and set OBS to use the nvidia/AMD GPU ("performance"), rather than intel ("power saving"). If you're on an optimus you must do this.

I think my problem is related to this thing. In OBS video settings I only have intel (integrated) graphic. I'm running FM on AMD ("high performance") and I just placed OBS on same ("high performance") but my screen is still black. I reset PC, update windows and directx before everything.

Any advice?

BTW my stream works on window mode or monitor for any application, but game mode don't work.

Is this a radeon laptop? If it is, you need to run the game in a borderless or windowed mode, and use window capture with "compatibility mode" selected, otherwise it won't work. Those laptops currently have issues, might be driver-related but they have issues capturing.

Let me know if I'm incorrect on that.

Yes it is radeon. And yes I can stream in window mode but the problem is Football manager interface is large and window mode doesn't display everything because of laptop resolution. It works if I do in window mode or monitor capture.
