Question / Help Black Screen issue

Hello there, when I first got OBS everything was fine and now that I'm actually about to record something, my screen is black. First it said it cannot find the screen and now when I preview it or try to actually record it, there's a black screen. (the audio is fine though). Please help? *(I'm also searching this topic and I have yet to find a decent answer)*

If possible please post a log file -- we can't really know what you're doing without it.
