Black Screen Issue With Only One Graphics Preference

Hi All, my Windows 10 OBS has worked fine for a year but today there was odd behavior and then the black screen. Most of the online fixes seem to involve dedicating OBS's graphics preference to power savings, which is the CPU. I'm running an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X which has no graphics so the machine's only graphics option is the Radeon RX 570.

Any idea how to get this working again?
