black screen issue on win7 laptop

hi there, i've already read the pinned thread about the black screen thing, but that didn't really help me out because there's only one graphics adapter on this laptop
(and i'm pretty nooby at obs too)
idk what the problem is, i've looked in multiple forum threads and reddit posts but i couldn't find anything that could help me out

While OBS may run on Windows 7, it's not a supported operating system. If you're having issues with OBS on an unsupported operating system, you should upgrade to Windows 10. It's still free as long as you have a valid license. See
