Question / Help Black screen issue December 2019

Hi everyone. This is my first post over here. I have used obs for about three years. Everything was fine until one day I formated my HD. Then the nightmare began. I went through all YT vids, have red all posts over here and still nothing. I went bananas.
Am opening soft as an admin, using Win7 I checked options in settings, my graphic card is nvidia, but I haven't option to force my graph to open OBS.

Are you running Terminal as admin? If so, OBS needs to run as admin in order to capture, I believe. The game capture on terminal.exe appears to be failing.

Yes; I run it as admin. But in vain :(

And I assume you were able to capture Terminal.exe like this before?

Unfortunately you might just need to try downgrading as I am not sure about capturing this app, as I've never tried, and I no longer run Windows 7.
