Question / Help Black Screen IP Axis camera on Mac

I updated my OS and now I have a black screen on OBS (Camera working fine on my browser). I've tried reinstalling OBS and creating a new Media Source but, no luck. I'm thinking that I may have lost the data in the Local File field on the Properties for Media Source page. Any suggestions would be great.

I managed to get my camera to show up in OBS by creating a BROWSER source instead of a MEDIA SOURCE (which I was using successfully before), but I now get the whole webpage ... How do I get just the camera?

If you're trying to add an IP camera as a Media source, you need to uncheck the box for "local file" so the source becomes a URL and not a file locator.
