Question / Help Black Screen in Windows 10

Hi,

A friend of mine that is trying to use OBS in her work is facing some black screen issues.
I tried to help her with the mos common causes, but she still has that problem and i thought that here, with the log, she could get some more ideas on how to deal with it.

Disable hardware acceleration in chrome if you're going to window capture it.

Windows logo key + R then type "chrome.exe --disable-gpu"
