Question / Help Black Screen in Window Capture

So a friend of mine are having issues with Window Capture. All we get is a black screen. Monitor capture works as does game capture. It worked for me for a little but when I changed the audio quality then suddenly it stopped working.
I tried doing a search, but everything I found was about game capture. We're not in full screen either.

If possible, please try to post a log file of where this problem occurs. Note that window capture has been known to produce black screen under certain rare conditions (multiple monitors with certain nvidia cards)
