Hi All,
I'm using the elgato hd60 s to stream from my gaming pc to streaming pc. When I select the elgato for the video capture device, I get a black screen. Any ideas why?
I'm confident I set everything up correctly. I have an hdmi cord coming out of my gaming pc graphics card, going into the "in" port on the elgato device. I have the usb plug on the elgato device plugged into my usb3.0 port on my streaming pc. Obs shows me "Game Capture HD60S (#02) in the drop down when selecting the device, but the preview window remains black.
