Black Screen in one Game Capture and Not the Other.

I'm having an issue where every single Game Capture except for a preexisting one shows a black screen. I created a Game Capture with apparently the same settings, trying to capture the same application, and it was a black screen where the original worked perfectly well.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled OBS, and followed the FaQ instructions but nothing seems to have worked.

Vtube Studio would be the only thing running on the right GPU perhaps?? How would I check? I don't know why it only works for one program and not anything else. In the Graphics Performance preference it only showed one GPU as an option.

Could you provide a link? I'd like to know if it is different than the one I've already read. I'm using a Desktop also if that's important.

I managed to fix the issue! Apparently the Nvidia Shadowplay Overlay waswhat was causing the problems, turning it off fixed everything!
