BLACK SCREEN IN OBS

Laptop? Black screen when capturing? Read here first.
Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

in your log i do not see any screen recordings and only a decklink recording. :

do you have tried desktop video setup, if the blackmagic software is able to work with your hdmi splitter?

i think you are not doing a direct screen recording, but you record your display via a hdmi splitter. is the splitter powered on ?
Splitter is on. Using OBS to stream to Youtube. Has been working for about a year but just started this problem Wednesday. I am getting camera image and iMac feed into Media Express. When I set up the source, it looks just like the picture from the original post with the red dot.

do you have media encoder open?
could be a hardware conflict, when to programs want to acces one device.
and when you are on mac, it might be better to post in the dedicated mac forum, there might be someone who knows about macs.
