I am using a Dell laptop with Windows 10 and when I use OBS I only see a black screen. I have tried to unplug the laptop and run it off the battery but that doesn't work. I've also tried to change the laptop graphic settings to High Performance. Still nothing. The strange thing is, it was working just fine a couple weeks ago. I also uninstalled OBS and started over.

Make sure to post a logfile when opening a thread in the Support forum, we really do need it to be able to provide support, especially for issues like this.
Most commonly, the issue is GPU selection. Be aware that the method for performing GPU selection changed in Windows 10 1903 and later. Here are instructions on the new method:
