Question / Help Black screen in OBS Studio (64-bit)

I have black screen when using OBS Studio (64-bit). When I open the Game Capture Properites, then the game shows normally in preview, but when I go back, it doesn't Record at all. I even try the Start Recording and I see a black screen. What is wrong here?

I also tried OBS Studio 32-bit but I get black screen even when clicking properties so no use (I have Windows 10 which is 64-bit and a PC with 16GB, Intel Core i5 i7-5820K and Nvidia GTX 980.

Any ideas on what is wrong here?

ps. I was using the old OBS Recorder (64-bit version) to livestream in YouTube Gaming but had low frames:

Frames were better when doing an offline recording but again low:

So since you don't support the old OBS Recorder, please help me to make OBS Studio actually work with my PC and have some devent frames here!

And finally tell me if PUBG has issues when you livestream on YouTube Gaming compared to Twitch.

Thanks.

I've been waiting for a solution for one week.

Noone in this Forum can help with such a simple problem? How do you guys use OBS Studio then?

You mean press Cltr+F in "Sources/Game Capture".
I already did this but nothing happens. I just see a red border around the window and black video as always even when choosinf a game.

The fm.exe is Football Manager 2018.

The log may say that it captured fine but, it captured only the sound of the game. There is always a black screen there!

Also here are my settings in the old OBS Broadcaster, although you don't provide support for it. I had like 10 frames with those settings. Anyway, let's see OBS Studio and solve the black screen issue first. As you see I tried everything.

Ok I had to run the OBS Studio as Administrator! Plus I had enabled the compatibility for Windows 8, which I disabled now (I have Windows 10).

So OBS Studio runs and I get awful quality, even worse than OBS Broadcaster. Look here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_pC1Fac984

1)Encoder: x264 or NVENC H.264? (Nvidia's?) I chose NVENC
2)Downscale Filter: Is it ok for Lanczos with 32 samples? I chose that.
3)Advanced: Process Priority: High
4)Color Format: What do I choose? NV12? (I guess it's Nvidia's ?)
5)Resolution 1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720.

I have 16GB RAM, Intel Core i7-5820K and Nvidia GTX 980. This shouldn't happen. Quality and frames are awful. Also, I have issues with other games as well. None of them plays well. Please give me advices on what to do, or if I need to run some benchmark tests to find out some other issues. Games are running properly for me. I see them at full graphics. But in OBS I have awful graphics and frames.

I have a fix!! I stream Shell Shockers, and I had the problem of it only showing a black screen on twitch when I stream from PC. All I had to do it go to advanced chrome settings and uncheck the option that said "Use Hardware accelerations"
