Black screen in game capture.

So ive been streaming for some time and everything was fine game was captured, but today i decided to reset my pc and i downloaded obs again.
I put obs on both high performance and power saving i open t in administrator mode like it worked before and when i launch obs i add the game capture with the exact game nothing shows up i also tried to get the game to fit to screen but nothing yet worked. The game was shown on full screen when i was streaming i had the issue before but usually launching it as administrator fixes the problem but not this time. I tried everything.

Here are few log files that i made with the game on and 1 game capture source.
I sometimes had this problem but running the obs in admin would always help but not this time.
Also for some reason the game is not supporting to be run in admin but when i do it, it shows on my obs screen, its just that running the game in admin is disabled and you wont get pass the EAC client. I will try to reinstall both the game and obs but its mind blowing to me how can one game be on the screen and the other game is not.
