Black screen in fullscreen after installing new video card.

As the title states. When I attempt to record a video off of fullscreen the video comes out black with sound. Another very odd thing. When I recorded a video not on fullscreen the recording came out fine, but when I attempted to edit it and export it the video was gray with audio. Could be a setting with the new card. Everything was working fine before the new card was installed.

After doing some more testing, I have found that when recording something from HBO Max, I am able to record in desktop,( as I have stated the file is corrupted and when edited and exported it will be grayed out with just audio) when I attempt to record anything from Disney, it will not record any of the video whether I am in fullscreen or not. The new card is a GTX 4060 -ti 16gb.
