Black Screen for obs

Game capture window capture. i dont recall changing anything and checked the setting. a few things ive tried.. Restarting pc, obs, and the game. and running it as an administrator. Not sure what else there is to do?

i can see my cursor and that is it. also just tried going into graphics setting but there was anything about anohter gpu for than the 1080ti.
