Hi,
I searched everywhere but I did not find a solution. I cannot register my desktop screen while with other software it works.
You are my only hope !!!

Thank you in advance

You're on a laptop. Monitor Capture cannot be used when OBS is running on the discrete GPU, you need to set it to the integrated GPU. This will disable Game and Window Capture. Monitor Capture SHOULD be avoided at all costs, as it is the least performant capture method available, and can cause severe problems.
Here are instructions on how to set OBS to run on the integrated (power saving) GPU, to enable Monitor Capture, if you absolutely NEED it:

Thank you for your prompt response.
It works !!!
But I don't understand why the nvenc encoder is not displayed in the parameters? (in older versions of OBS it was available)
And I am making a screen recording because all my windows are not detected by OBS...

It should be; I believe there is a GPU blacklist for the 600 and 700-series nVidia cards, as there are several models where sometimes NVENC is on the card, and some manufacturers excluded it somehow. I'm unaware of an override. Try switching to Simple Output mode; it's reappeared for some there, and very few actually need Advanced output mode.

Is it normal that all my windows are not detected for a recording? I only have windows that are not active (calculator, microsft edge ...)

UWP applications and Microsoft Edge cannot normally be window captured, thanks to Microsoft. It's suggested that you use a different browser if possible. Chrome, Firefox, and Opera all work fine with Window Captures, if OBS is running on the high-performance GPU.
Display Capture should capture them all (UWP/Edge that is) if absolutely necessary.

Be careful, this isn't true any more as of OBS version 25.0.0. It contains a new window capture method that is actually able to capture Edge, all current browsers and many UWP apps. Not all, but much more than before. It's available as of Windows 10 1903.

UWP was always a bit notchy. Are you certain that Edge capture was added? I may have missed that line in the changelog. AFAIK the only thing that was altered about browser capture was no longer needing to disable hardware acceleration on Chrome with the new capture.

Um, you're right. I thought I tested all browsers, but Edge is missing. Cannot be captured. The OneNote Windows 10 app cannot be captured, either. UWP apps such as the Windows calculator however, or the Microsoft store, can be captured. The Desktop Microsoft Office apps as well - previously, they were mostly white.

Fascinating (in a negative way) is the DRM. I have a TV app from my TV provider, and this UWP app can be windows-captured now as well. However, only GUI and thumbnails. The live TV picture itself isn't visible. It isn't even visible with display capture (never was), and even more, Windows screenshots don't show anything. As if something has blown a hole through the video memory. Highly interesting from a technical point of view (what engineering work has been wasted to suppress the display of something), but highly disgusting from a user's point of view.
